Hard work gets underway for the Academy
The Academy have completed a tough first day of training at their state-of-the-art base in Opalencia.
Having arrived in Poland late Sunday night, the U21s and U18s got stuck into intense opening sessions in the summer sun.
It was a special day for U21s wide man Brad Grant, who took part in a grass session for the first time since rupturing his ACL in November 2024.
Elsewhere, both groups completed several conditioning drills and the goalkeepers got to work on their close-range catching and reactions.
