Erik Pieters is confident the Clarets will get the points they need to keep Premier League football at Turf Moor.
Burnley have slipped to 17th place in the table on the back of three successive defeats following the last international break of the season.
But with six fixtures to go, Sean Dyche’s men remain six points clear of the bottom three with a game in hand over Fulham who currently occupy the last of the relegation places.
The Cottagers sit out the coming weekend’s round of fixtures when the Clarets go to Wolves.
The mood in the Clarets’ camp remains buoyant after some positive performances and Pieters believes Burnley – who were bottom of the table in November – will do whatever is necessary between now and the end of the season to complete a climb to safety.

“To be honest, I prefer to have a bigger gap between us and the bottom three. But I think if you look at the games that we have, we still have everything in our own hands,” said the Clarets’ defender.
“I am not concerned. The result we had at Manchester United - you can always lose there - and I think we were a bit unlucky.
“The games against Southampton and Newcastle you should not lose – especially when you are 2-0 up and 1-0 up – but I am not worried.
“We should take at least a point from those games and then the table looks completely different, but it is what it is.
“We just have to move forward and focus on our own games and if we keep collecting points, and I believe we were going to do that, we're going to be safe.
“We know what we are and we know what we can do. We have a strong group and we are still six points clear. Everything is still in our own hands and we still have to play Fulham as well.
“It's in our own hands and we decide if we stay up or we go down and I am 100% sure we stay up.”

Dyche’s men go to Fulham on the second weekend in May but before that face Wolves and West Ham United.
Sunday’s trip to Molineux comes up first and Pieters isn’t looking further than a bid to complete the double over Wolves following a 2-1 win against the Midlanders at Turf Moor just before Christmas.
“Every single game you look at at the moment as really important and every single game you want to make the best of it and get the best result,” added the Dutchman.
“This week is really important to focus on one thing and that's Wolves away and from then on we focus on the next game.
“That's how we always do it and that's what we're going to keep doing.”
Pieters was on the bench for the Clarets’ 3-1 defeat at Old Trafford last Sunday, when Charlie Taylor returned to starting duty as United struck twice late on to take the points.
However, Pieters has been involved in 20 of Burnley’s top-flight games this season.
And the vastly experienced defender is ready to keep competing for a shirt and pushing the Clarets towards their target.
“He (Charlie) has been injured and I have been injured, so it's been a bit up and down. But the main thing is we are both ready to play for the team,” Pieters said.
“When I am not fully fit, or he is playing above me, I am supporting him and it's the opposite way as well.
“We have been pedaling our own pedal for the left-back position but it's a nice thing to do.
“Charlie is a good guy and we have a good crack about it. The main thing is we play for Burnley and play for the lads to make sure we get the best results.”
