Scott Parker insists hard work is the key as his side look to bounce back from their recent winless run.
The Clarets head to St James' Park, the home of Newcastle United this weekend, looking to respond to Wednesday's narrow defeat to Crystal Palace.
"We were all hugely frustrated and disappointed after Palace, but we go again, we get back into the training ground and prepare for another game this weekend," he said.
"We keep working, working, working.
"We stay stable beyond anything and we fall back on our default position of working hard at the training ground.
"We're taking some jabs at the moment, but we will always fight at Burnley - fight to work hard, fight to keep improving, fight for results.
"This league gives you nothing - you've got to fight for absolutely everything."
Parker believes the stability at Turf Moor stands his side in good stead as they go in search of a fourth Premier League win of the season this weekend.
"This is a time to remain stable and calm and to keep trusting what we’re doing," he said.
"This is a time to remain in the fight – the fine margins will turn, and we can make them count."
