Burnley Football Club can confirm that Anwar Murtesa has joined Northern Premier League West side Clitheroe on a month-long youth loan.
The 18-year-old got his first taste of senior football as he debuted for the Club in Saturday’s narrow defeat to Avro.
Murtesa, a centre-back who is part of our U18s group, is in the second year of his scholarship having joined the Clarets at U14 level.
