After a hectic month with six games in February, the Clarets start March with a re-arranged home fixture against Leicester City.
The Clarets have collected seven points from nine with wins against Brighton and Hove Albion and Tottenham Hotspur and a draw at Crystal Palace.
Burnley’s equaliser at Selhurst Park came from an own goal by Serbian Luka Milivojevic after good work from Aaron Lennon.
It’s a busy schedule for Burnley but it holds no fears for Burnley boss Sean Dyche.
“The work ethic has been strong here for a long time, we know the stats for our second halves of the season. We know how strong we are physically.
“The game schedule is what it is. There are no excuses for that. It’s a reality, nobody wanted the Covid-19 situation, quite obviously, and the knock-on effect of that.”
Burnley face Chelsea on Saturday in another three-game week.
“We have got to catch those games up. The games are getting put in and we are going to take them on with the best of everything we have got.”
The Burnley manager knows Leicester have struggled with injuries, Covid-19 and international call ups.

“They are still a decent side with a very good manager in Brendan (Rodgers).
It’s hard to maintain those high standards every single season. Like ourselves, they haven’t been a million miles away.
This season they’ve had a lot of challenges – injuries, Covid-19 – all these difficult challenges.”.
Form guide
Burnley have only lost one of their last seven Premier League.
The Clarets have only lost three times at home in the Premier League this season.
Brendan Rodgers’ Leicester City have finished fifth in the last two Premier League seasons and beat Chelsea in the FA Cup final last season. Youri Tielemans got the only goal at Wembley.
The reverse fixture was a 2-2 draw at the King Power Stadium with Jamie Vardy registering an unusual hat-trick – he opened the scoring with an own goal.
City were knocked out of this season’s FA Cup at Nottingham Forest but they are through to the last 16 of the Europa Conference League where they will face Rennes.
Leicester’s two away wins in this season’s Premier League came at Norwich City and Brentford both by a 2-1 scoreline.

Opposition guide
Leicester City were shock winners of the Premier League in 2015/16 at odds of 5,000/1.
Last time out, Leicester City won 3-1 away to Randers to win their Europa Conference League play-off 7-2 on aggregate. Burnley-born Harvey Barnes and James Maddison (2) got the goals in Denmark. They had been set to play away to Carabao Cup finalists Chelsea last weekend.
They lost 2-1 at Molineux in their last Premier League game. Ademola Lookman, on loan from RB Leipzig, got the Foxes’ goal.
Manager Brendan Rodgers knows Sean Dyche well from their time together at Watford. The former Liverpool manager isn’t surprised Burnley’s form has improved.
“It’s not a surprise to me, because of how good a manager and coach Sean [Dyche] is. He’s done a brilliant job there and they have the stability there. They’ve added some more players in January to give them a freshness."
Understandably, Rodgers is pleased to welcome back top scorer Jamie Vardy.
“He is a player of experience,” said Rodgers. “He talks well in the game and his deeds in the game are very important for us. He is a player of influence absolutely, whether it is defending or attacking.
“It is great to have him back, it feels like a long time since he has been available. He’s a player who greatly improves us.
