The Clarets came from behind to ensure their Sky Bet Championship unbeaten run was extended to six matches on Friday night following a 1-1 draw with Middlesbrough at Turf Moor.
Boro opened the scoring in the 13th minute from Anfernee Dijksteel's strike, before Connor Roberts equalised in fine fashion with a lobbed effort over the head of a stranded Seny Dieng.
There were chances for the Clarets to go and win the game in a dominant performance, but the results saw the points shared in Lancashire and Burnley's undefeated home record remain.
Scott Parker named two changes from the side that beat Stoke City last weekend, as Josh Brownhill and John Egan, making his Clarets full debut, came into the starting XI for Josh Laurent and CJ Egan-Riley.
Joe Worrall and Hjalmar Ekdal were both welcomed back to the bench after returning from their respective injuries.
Following a quiet start at a wet and windy Turf Moor, Boro took the lead with 13 minutes played when Dan Barlaser picked out Dijksteel on the edge of the area, with the Dutchman turning into the box and poking it home under pressure from Bashir Humphreys.
Burnley looked to respond two minutes later when Josh Cullen saw his effort towards the bottom corner deflect wide for a corner.
The Clarets were dominating the ball after Boro’s opener and came close again to equalising midway through the first-half when Jeremy Sarmiento’s fierce strike was pushed wide for a corner by Seny Dieng.
Burnley’s persistence then paid off with half-time approaching, as Roberts picked up the ball on the edge of the area and curled it home over the head of Dieng and into the net to draw the scores level.
Despite an impressive one-sided display from the hosts, the two sides went into the break level.
A free-kick on the edge of the area seven minutes into the second-half then saw Boro come close to regaining the lead, as Barlaser’s set-piece was met by the head of George Edmundson, but the defender could only nod narrowly wide of the target.
The visitors then had another opportunity just before the hour mark when Finn Azaz teed up Delano Burgzorg inside the box, but the striker’s effort was denied by the hands of James Trafford.
With the scores still level and half-an-hour to play, Parker introduced Zian Flemming and Hannibal for Rodriguez and Sarmiento.
Hannibal was straight into the action, after racing through on goal with Jaidon Anthony to his right, the Tunisian midfielder opted to shoot and win a corner for the hosts.

The home side made another double change shortly after, as Koleosho and Egan made way for Pires and Laurent, as Parker's side pushed for a winner.
Despite efforts from the Clarets to snatch all three points, Boro's defence stood strong to keep Burnley at bay and ensure the honours were even.
