Burnley return to Turf Moor on Tuesday evening, as the Clarets begin their Carabao Cup journey with a second-round tie against Derby County.
Scott Parker's side enter the competition looking to build on Saturday's win in the Premier League over Sunderland, with the midweek fixture providing an opportunity to make more progress in front of the home supporters.
The cup tie also gives Parker the chance to rotate his side and give vital match minutes to those within the squad, before heading to Old Trafford on Saturday.
Derby arrive in Lancashire having booked their place in the second round with a first round penalty shoot-out win over West Bromwich Albion earlier this month.

The opposition
Derby County arrive at Turf Moor looking to kickstart their 2025/26 campaign, after two defeats and a draw from the opening three league games sees the Rams sat in 20th place in the Sky Bet Championship table.
John Eustace, a former Derby midfielder, was appointed as County boss in February 2025 and quickly steadied the team, overseeing six wins and three draws in their final 11 fixtures, which saw him guide the club to safety.
After survival was confirmed in May, the Rams have strengthened over the summer, bringing in striker Carlton Morris from Luton Town alongside forward Patrick Agyemang, while adding further depth with experienced campaigners such as Andreas Weimann and Danny Batth. Loan signings Owen Beck (Liverpool) and David Ozoh (Crystal Palace) have also been added to the squad.
After knocking out the Baggies in round one, Wednesday’s Carabao Cup tie offers Eustace’s side the chance to test themselves against Premier League opposition.

What Scott Parker said
"Everyone knows about our home record, so of course we want to build on Saturday's win (against Sunderland) and continue the positive momentum," he said.
"We'll use it as an opportunity to give minutes to some of the lads - they deserve that.
"There's a few of them who are a little bit behind the group, that need a bit more work, and hopefully we can integrate a few with some additional game-time on Tuesday night.
"We're looking forward to it - another chance to run out at Turf Moor in front of our supporters."
