Burnley Football Club are pleased to confirm the academy signing of Brandon Ly who joins the Club from Sheffield United.
The 17-year-old joins the Clarets on an initial work experience loan until January which will then see the move turn into a permanent transfer.
Ly has featured for the U21s and U18s over recent weeks as a trialist and the teenager can play in both defence and midfield.
After joining the Clarets, Ly said: “I’m really pleased to have joined Burnley. I have been welcomed in ever since I got here and the players & staff have all been great with me.
“I’ve enjoyed the last few weeks being here but I’m delighted it’s now all finalised and I’m looking forward to my time here.”
