Supporters can now watch the eighth episode of Limitless – our behind-the-scenes documentary series following Burnley FC Women – exclusively on X.

Sponsored by Sure for Women, the episode is titled ‘Promotion?’ and goes behind the scenes with the team in the week leading up to the final day victory over Stoke City, as well as match day itself.

We start with Brenna McPartlan, who highlights the journey the team have been on this season and what lies ahead in the coming days.

Naoisha McAloon then ropes some of her team-mates into some contrast therapy as the perfect way to switch off, reset, and recover.

Charley Docherty, Heidi, Helen Seed, and Millie Ravening are in for a treat as they carpool to The Paddock where Helen takes the lead, guiding them through a calming meditation in the heat of the sauna before things take a sharp turn.

After that we join Brenna on a trip to Smithills Open Farm with her nephew Connor, with some more of her team-mates tagging along for the journey.

It’s then match day at Turf Moor, where a win would mean silverware and a night of celebrations with friends and family.

The opening 15 minutes are tense, with neither side giving an inch until Ravening’s breakthrough from the penalty spot. From there the momentum is unstoppable and the girls run out 3–0 winners, before we hear from Head of Women's Football Lola Ogunbote pitch side.

Fresh from a historic win and promotion to WSL2, the team head to meet the Mayor of Burnley less than 24 hours later.
