Latest episode of women’s team documentary now live!

Supporters can now watch the sixth episode of Limitless – our behind-the-scenes documentary series following Burnley FC Women – exclusively on X.

Sponsored by Sure for Women, the episode is titled ‘Day Off’ and looks at how the players reflect, recover, and reset as part of their gruelling training schedule.

A large part of the episode is spent with new signing Izzy Fisher, who moved north from Watford towards the end of February at just 18 years old.

We catch up with Izzy on her day off as she welcomes us into her shared flat, giving us a quick tour.

In the kitchen she bumps into team-mate Naoisha McAloon and the girls catch up over a brew, while getting stuck into baking sweet potato brownies in a chaotic atmosphere full of laughs.

Naoisha has to dash off to a music lesson, leaving Issy to take charge. She pops the brownies in the oven and promises we’ll pick things back up tomorrow at training.

Naomi Hartley then introduces viewers to her gran, Pat, as they take Shelby the dog out for a walk around Towneley Park.

It’s a place full of memories for ‘Nom’, who reflects on growing up here, playing as a kid, and watching her gran out on the running track, while Shelby tears through the mud.

They stop for a quick coffee, with Naomi also opening up about life off the pitch and juggling it all alongside her growing clothing line.

Finally, we follow Izzy to the training ground as she prepares to share her baked treats with her team-mates.

She hands them out in the canteen and the jury's in – they're a success!
