If you are making the journey to Elland Road on Sunday (2nd January), please read the below information
Leeds United have issued the following details regarding Sunday's game:
All supporters aged 18 and over, will be required to do one of the following:
• Show proof of vaccination through the digital NHS COVID Pass which you can access on the NHS app or download as a PDF
• Show proof of vaccination through the paper NHS COVID Pass. If you haven't done so already, you can apply for this online or by phoning 119
• Show proof of a negative lateral flow test within the previous 48 hours (either email or text message from NHS)
Spot checks will take place upon entry to the stadium and supporters risk being denied entry if you are unable to show your NHS COVID Pass, proof of a negative NHS COVID test or valid exemption.
All visiting supporters must also complete a COVID pre-declaration form prior to travel to Elland Road - this can be completed here. If applicable, evidence of a negative lateral flow test result needs to be registered within the NHS COVID Pass. Do not bring your lateral flow test kit to the stadium.
Medical exemptions should now be registered with the NHS to generate an NHS COVID Pass, using 119 or the NHS website, or through your GP. This can take a little time, so if you are medically exempt, please alert the nearest steward on arrival.
Fans are also reminded to display good public health behaviour – stay at home if you have COVID symptoms, wash hands regularly, social distance wherever possible and wear a face covering when indoors, in congested areas and on public transport.
Supporters are advised to arrive at Elland Road in plenty of time to be prepared for spot checks and security searches.
Whilst we cannot conclude that implementing COVID-19 pass checks will mean the Government will not impose further restructions, the Premier League are collectively demonstrating it is possible to run COVID-19 pass checks safely and effectively.
We’d like to thank all fans for the way they have responded to the new protocols.
