Manager Vincent Kompany has been named the Sky Bet Championship Manager of the Month award for October.
Kompany was nominated for the award, after picking up five wins and three draws in eight matches across the month.
In that period, the Clarets scored 15 goals and conceded just six, including three clean sheets.
Kompany beat Jon Dahl Tomasson, Russell Martin and Michael Beale to the award.
After winning the monthly prize, Kompany said: "I'm delighted to win this award, up against some great managers.
"I would like to thank all the players and my staff; the coaches, physios, sports science, analysts, kit men, groundsmen, chefs and everyone else who played a part in achieving this award.
"It was a good month for us, but the hard work continues."
