Boss Vincent Kompany wants his side to use the Turf Moor support and backing to their advantage this weekend as the Clarets entertain Fulham.
Burnley host the London side on Saturday afternoon in front of another sell-out crowd at home and Kompany is looking forward to returning to the home crowd for the first time in three weeks.
Speaking in Thursday's press conference, the Clarets chief believes his team must have a 'must win attitude' going into every fixture and wants the supporters to once again play their part against the Cottagers.
Kompany said: “I’d like for us to have a must win attitude in every game. Everything I see with the group and how they’re approaching the tough period we’ve had, they’ve always done exactly what I’ve wanted them to do which gives me confidence they can get results at some point.
“We’ve been in games, we’ve done well against good opponents, but every game has to be an opportunity for us to get results now. There’s nothing else to say.
“We can’t win them all, but we have to have the mindset to do something in every game. You can say score, score, defend the box as well, but a big element of it is belief.
“We will approach the game like we always do, preparing well and bank on the fact we’ve got the amazing Turf Moor support and backing behind us and be the best we can be on the day.”
Kompany added: “I’d like to think we always have belief and motivation for every game that we can do something. It doesn’t always turn out that way, but it has to be the starting point.
“We play against a good side, like all of the sides in the Premier League. Yes we did well when we played them away from home but again we have to be at our best to get a result again. That’s what we focus on.”
The Burnley boss also gave a fitness update on the squad ahead of weekend: “It didn’t look like we picked up any injuries, so for us it’s just about making sure we get the recovery spot on. It looks like the team is ready to go to Fulham.
“Everyone got their load on Wednesday night and we have our training session on Friday leading into Fulham and that’s when we’ll have the complete picture.”
