Manager Vincent Kompany is hoping the Turf Moor crowd can roar the Clarets over the line in search of a seventh consecutive Sky Bet Championship win on home turf.
Burnley host Coventry City on Saturday in their first home match since 27th December and will be looking to continue their fine form and extend the winning run in front of a near full house.
However, Kompany knows it won't be an easy test for his men against a City side who have lost just twice in their last 10 league matches and on a surge pushing for the playoff places.
Speaking to the media on Thursday, Kompany said: “We’re looking forward to getting back there this weekend, it’s a special place it really is and if we’re up for it really adds to what makes it a tough place to come.
“Turf Moor has been really good for us this season, there is a real connection between the players, the staff and the fans, it's there for us every time.
"We know this weekend will be difficult, Coventry are a strong side full of talented players all over the pitch.
"So, hopefully we can get the fans going on Saturday with our performance and they can turn up the noise to push us along the way."
The Clarets ran out 1-0 winners when Kompany's side faced the Sky Blues at the CBS arena in October, with Nathan Tella's strike sealing all three points.
Speaking ahead of Saturday's clash, Kompany believes Mark Robins' side are a different team from the last time the two teams met and knows they will pose a strong threat against Burnley.
“The reverse game feels like such a long time ago, they were missing a lot of key players around that time and had a lot of games called off around then.
“They were never going to stay down the bottom of the table and with all the players they had missing is what damaged them the most.
“They would have been a lot higher up the table had they not had them players missing and had the continued games called off.
“I think we have improved since then, but I also think they have improved from then too, but it’s a game at Turf Moor which is also special for us.
“We know they have some great players and it will be a difficult test for us and a challenge that we will look to take on.” Said the Burnley boss.
