Vincent Kompany has been named the Sky Bet Championship Manager of the Month award for December.
The Burnley boss, who also won November's MOTM award, was nominated this time after winning all four matches over the festive period.
In December, Kompany's men scored 10 goals and conceded just once, gaining all 12 points available.
Kompany beat Tony Mowbray, Carlos Corberan and Paul Heckingbottom to the award.
After winning the monthly prize, Kompany said: "I'm delighted to win this award again, nominated with some fantastic managers in this league.
"It was a busy period for us over Christmas but everyone played their part and it paid off.
"I would like to give a thanks to all the players and staff involved; the coaches, physios, medical, sports science, analysts, kit staff, grounds staff and everyone else who played a part."
