Burnley Women’s trip to Halifax this afternoon (Sunday 13th October) has been postponed by the home team.
Halifax officials have identified technical issues with the facilities at Horsfall Stadium, meaning that the fixture can no longer go ahead on a health and safety basis.
Details of the new date will be confirmed in due course.
Rebecca Sawiuk’s side are next in action on Sunday 20th October, travelling to take on Hull City in the FA Women’s National League Cup second round. Kick-off at the Easy Buy Arena (DN18 5RL) is 2pm.
