Burnley Football Club can confirm that Lewis Forshaw has joined National League North side Worksop Town on loan until Sunday 1st February 2026.
The goalkeeper made his Tigers debut in Saturday’s 2-1 victory at Leamington and will be looking to add to his previous senior experience earned at Lancaster City and Avro.
Forshaw signed his first professional contract with Burnley in the summer of 2024 and has made six appearances for Andy Farrell’s U21s in all competitions this season.
He now joins a Worksop side who are 18th in the 24-team table with 21 points from 20 matches under the guidance of manager Craig Parry.
