Town are managed by former Celtic and Scotland skipper Scott Brown and have reached the fifth round of the FA Cup for their first time in history.
Fleetwood have beaten Oxford City, Ebbsfleet United, Queens Park Rangers and Sheffield Wednesday on route to the fifth round of the competition.
Burnley's route to the 5th round
The Clarets began their FA Cup journey back in January with a trip to AFC Bournemouth in the third round, where Kompany's men beat the Premier League side 4-2 at the Vitality Stadium.
Braces from Manuel Benson and Anass Zaroury on the south coast set up a fourth round clash with Ipswich Town away.
Following a goalless draw at Portman Road with the Sky Bet League one side, the two side's forced a replay at Turf Moor with a Nathan Tella brace securing a spot in the fifth round in a 2-1 victory.
