Sean Dyche is seeking a win double to keep the Clarets on course for safety.
Dyche’s men secured a first Premier League victory of the season when they beat Crystal Palace 1-0 at Turf Moor in November.
The win came at the eighth attempt and lifted Burnley out of the bottom three.
The Clarets have kept climbing thereafter, with 18 points secured in the 14 games since Chris Wood’s goal was enough to down the Eagles.
And Dyche is looking to maintain that kind of form as his side heads to Selhurst Park for the return fixture on Saturday.

“To get your first win always gets the story to change. Home win and then away win and then the story softens a little bit,” said the Burnley boss.
“We’ve added on the back of that with a good points’ total in some very tough games and come out on the right side. A couple have got away from us.
“I’ve been pleased with our recent performances against some very good sides.
“Our last performance against Brighton was very strong and arguably – certainly in the second half – one of the strongest performances we’ve had this season.
“I thought if anyone was going to win it it was going to be us and we worked well at both ends of the pitch.

“We’ve got to do that again. We’ve got to go down there with the right attitude and the right mentality to take the game on.
“I feel that’s a strong point of ours, to have the mentality to challenge ourselves in these games. That’s got to continue.”
The Clarets’ recovery from their poor start to the season has taken them eight points clear of the relegation places and to within six points of 13th-placed Crystal Palace with a game in hand.
A win at Palace could get Burnley as high as 15th place in the table and potentially increase the advantage over bottom-three sides Fulham and West Bromwich Albion who visit Turf Moor within the space of four days next week.
“We’ve got ourselves in reasonable shape, I think, from where we were at game eight,” added Dyche, whose injury concerns are easing with goalkeeper Nick Pope and midfielders Jack Cork and Josh Brownhill heading the list of likely returnees following the Clarets’ mid-week FA Cup exit.
“Now it’s about building on that and continuing the push down the rest of the season to play well and perform well to get what we want which is, of course, more wins.”
