Burnley Football Club can confirm that defender Owen Dodgson has joined Sky Bet League One side Stockport County on loan until the end of the season, with the Hatters having an option to make the move permanent next summer.
The left-back has previously spent time on loan with Rochdale, Barnsley, Dundee and Burton Albion to gain first team experience and the 22-year-old will now join County for the upcoming the campaign.
