Ahead of Sunday’s Sky Bet Championship opener against West Ham United, and in continued preparation for our transition to digital ticketing, supporters can make use of in-person support at Turf Moor in the coming days.

In-Person Digital Coffee Morning

We’re inviting supporters to join us for the final Digital Ticketing Coffee Morning, between 10am and 2pm on Saturday 15th August.

Drop into the Jimmy McIlroy Suite at Turf Moor for a coffee and a chat, where we’ll be offering friendly, in-person support with all things digital ticketing.

Whether you’d like some help accessing your ticket(s), want to check everything is set up correctly on your phone, or simply have a question about how digital ticketing works, come along and speak to the team before heading to the turnstiles.

Supporters can join the digital coffee morning for assistance with:

Accessing your digital match ticket
Adding your ticket to your smartphone wallet
Checking that your ticket is downloaded and ready to use
Understanding how digital tickets work at the turnstiles
Troubleshooting common issues
General digital ticketing questions and advice

We'd particularly encourage anyone who is unsure whether their digital ticket is ready for matchday to come and speak to the team. Getting everything set up before approaching the turnstiles will help make your arrival at Turf Moor as straightforward as possible.

Please bring the smartphone you intend to use to access the stadium, along with any relevant ticketing account details.

Extended Ticket Office Opening Hours

We’ve also extended the Ticket Office opening hours ahead of the fixture, giving supporters more opportunities to get help before matchday.

Thursday 13th August: 9am - 5pm

Friday 14th August: 9am - 5pm

Saturday 15th August: 9am - 2pm
