Ticketing team to provide help session ahead of move to digital ticketing
As part of our transition to digital ticketing for the 2026/27 season, we’re inviting supporters to join us in the Jimmy McIlroy Suite at Turf Moor for a Digital Coffee Morning, where our team will be on hand to provide personalised support and answer any questions you may have.
Whether you’re using digital tickets for the first time, need help downloading your ticket, or simply want someone to guide you through the process, we’re here to help.
Enjoy a complimentary tea or coffee while our team walks you through everything you need to know.
The next digital coffee morning will be held on Tuesday 21st July, 10am - 2pm at Turf Moor. There will be two further digital coffee mornings, on July 28th July and the 4th of August.
To ensure we’re able to support everyone effectively, please register your attendance in advance.
What We’ll Help With
Our team can provide one-to-one support with:
- Downloading and accessing your digital season ticket
- Adding your ticket to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet
- Logging into your Burnley FC ticketing account
- Forwarding your ticket to a friend or family member
- Upgrading concession tickets to adult
- Listing on the Ticket Exchange
- Troubleshooting any issues with your digital ticket
- Answering any questions about digital ticketing for the 2026/27 season
Who should attend?
Our Digital Coffee Mornings are open to all supporters, but may be particularly useful if you:
- Are using a digital ticket for the first time
- Would like someone to guide you through the process in person
- Simply want reassurance that everything is set up for the first home fixture
