Following on from yesterday’s statement detailing the crowd issues in the Barnfield Construction Stand during the Burnley v Arsenal match, on Saturday September 18, Burnley FC will be requesting for all supporters who have purchased tickets in the following areas to relocate for the Burnley v Rochdale Carabao Cup match.
Supporters who have purchased tickets in the Barnfield Construction Stand, Blocks 5, 13 & 21 will be provided with alternative seating once they have entered the stadium via the turnstiles.
This has unfortunately been actioned following talks with relevant safety stakeholders, due to a minority of supporters being involved in the crowd trouble at the Arsenal game. Safety of supporters in the ground is paramount and any violence will not be tolerated.
