Burnley FC is delighted to announce Ticketmaster Sport as the new ticketing platform for the 2024/25 season onwards, with the aim of enhancing the ticketing experience for fans.
The partnership means Burnley FC supporters will be able to benefit from Ticketmaster’s advanced technology and gain access to features including a Virtual Venue, which allows users to see Turf Moor come to life when purchasing tickets. Supporters will also have greater control of how they manage their tickets with Season Ticket holders able to upgrade, transfer to a friend or family member, and return their tickets from their online account for any fixture they can’t attend.
To help answer any questions regarding the partnership, we have put together some FAQs below.

This feature will bring Turf Moor to life and enhance the user experience for supporters when selecting seats for each match. Ticketmaster’s state-of-the-art platform will also allow supporters to have greater control over managing their account and tickets online.
The option to list a Season Ticket on the Ticket Exchange will remain and Season Ticket holders will be able to list their ticket for re-sale for each individual fixture they cannot attend. There will also still be an option to transfer their seat digitally to friends and family if they wish to use this instead of placing the seat on the exchange.

There will be no changes to the sales process. If your Season Ticket is re-sold for an individual match, you will receive 1/23rd of the amount you paid for your Season Ticket, minus a £1.50 admin fee. You will receive this back as credit on your ticketing account which can be used for any future ticketing purchases, including home and away tickets, stadium tours, season tickets etc.
