Ahead of the 2026/27 season, aspiring young female footballers are encouraged to trial with Burnley Women’s dual education and sport programme!
Interested players between the ages of 16 and 21 can attend Burnley College on Wednesday 27th May, where there will be a range of practices to take part in between 10.30am and 2.30pm.
In addition to technical football sessions, players will be put through their paces in strength and conditioning testing.
They will also get to see the college’s elite facilities first hand, with nutrition, recovery, psychology, and health and wellbeing all being facets of the game that students will be immersed in.
To register your interest, please complete the online form HERE and a member of the Burnley Women U21s coaching team will be in touch.
If you would like any further information, please contact Connor Logue via email in the first instance – clogue@burnley.ac.uk. The bespoke programme is open to young people between the ages of 16 and 21, and players must also enrol on an educational programme with the College.
That includes university level courses for those aged 18 and above, and Burnley College are pleased to be offering scholarship support funding for those undertaking Higher Education programmes. More information on that funding can be found HERE. To learn more about Burnley College, please visit their website HERE.
