Clarets set to face Magpies in Carabao Cup round one

Burnley will host Sky Bet League One side Notts County in round one of the Carabao Cup, following Thursday afternoon's draw live on Sky Sports.
The tie at Turf Moor will take place on the weekend of 7-9th August, prior to the Sky Bet Championship opener the following Sunday against West Ham United.
Ticket details for the clash with County will be announced in due course.

- Round One: Weekend of 7-9 August 2026
- Round Two: w/c 24 August 2026
- Round Three: w/c 7 September and w/c 14 September 2026
- Round Four: w/c 26 October 2026
- Round Five: w/c 14 December 2026
- Semi-Final First Leg: w/c 11 January 2027
- Semi-Final Second Leg: w/c 1 February 2027
- Final: Sunday 21 March 2027
