Burnley Women have received a bye to the first round of the FA Women’s National League Cup, avoiding a fixture in the preliminary round.
Rebecca Sawiuk’s side qualified for the League Cup competition with a 7-0 victory over AFC Fylde last week, in which Laura Elford scored a hat-trick.
The first round is set to take place on Sunday 29th September, with Burnley’s opponents to be confirmed in due course.
