The Burnley FC X Dude Perfect International Youth Cup has come to an end, with three days of pulsating action seeing two teams lift silverware.
Juventus won the Cup with a 2-0 victory over Chelsea in the final, while Burnley beat Valenica 7-1 to lift the Plate trophy.
The fourth iteration of this tournament, this was the first year that its headline partner was Dude Perfect.
As such, the event was bigger and better with 16 teams from around the world descending on Padiham for high-quality matches and plenty of off-field entertainment in the Dude Perfect Challenge Zone.
The 48 games produced 246 goals, with the players keen to put on a show for all those watching at Burnley Training Centre and online via YouTube.
In addition to the team accolades, there were several individual prizes awarded with the aim of recognising ability and attitude across the three days.
Charlie Robinson of Newcastle United won the Top Goalscorer award, with Owen Hunt of Chicago Fire claiming the Top Goalkeeper prize and Khalil Mitchell of Chelsea being named Player of the Tournament.
Stuart Hunt, President of Business Operations at Burnley FC said: “We’re really pleased with how the tournament turned out.
“The vibe was magnificent and the teams played really well. There were lots of goals and plenty of excitement, so we couldn’t have wished for any more.
“It’s grown by design – we want this to be the destination spot for youth teams of all ages around the world.
“We’re really proud of our world class training ground, too. We’ve worked hard to get the new pitch in and I tip my hat to all of our staff for making it happen.”
Burnley Football Club would like to thank event partners Dude Perfect, AiSCOUT, Bristol Street Motors, Visit Detroit and Rezzil for making the tournament possible.
A big thank you also goes to the participating clubs, players and staff for their commitment to making the Burnley FC X Dude Perfect International Youth Cup a success.
