Burnley Football Club is delighted to announce Season Ticket renewal details for the 2026/27 campaign. This year’s package is defined by a commitment to youth and families; and a drive to ensure Turf Moor remains one of the most accessible grounds in English football.

In a climate of rising costs, the Club has consistently shielded our loyal supporters from significant price hikes in recent years. Following an extensive and positive consultation period with the Fan Advisory Board and various supporters’ group, Season Ticket prices will go up by just 2.9%, a moderate increase, below the current rate of inflation. By absorbing the vast majority of rising operational costs, we are ensuring that our loyal fans can continue to support the Clarets without a significant additional financial burden.

A Landmark Commitment to Young Supporters

The headline change for 2026/27 is all about investing in our young supporters.

To simplify our offering and provide longer-term savings for thousands of young supporters, we are bringing the previous ‘Under-18' category into a broader, harmonised Under-21 concession, which offers a massive 70% discount compared to adult prices. By extending this significant saving up to the new Under-21 category, we are lowering the barrier for young adults entering the workforce or in education, ensuring the tie to the next generation remains stronger than ever.

This completes our move to harmonising our ticketing concessions around the stadium and provides a landmark opportunity for our younger generation of Clarets.

Magic of the Cup

A 2026/27 Clarets Season Ticket will also allow you to attend the first domestic cup home draws in both the Carabao Cup and Emirates FA Cup at no additional cost.

Senior Clarets

We will also be updating our Senior Concession age to 66, bringing our policy in line with the current UK State Pension age. This ensures our policies remain consistent and easy to understand for supporters.

In a climate of rising costs, keeping price increases to a minimum, extending our Under-21 concessions, and our new Cup ties initiative reflects our commitment to keeping Turf Moor full, loud and united.”

Seat Swaps

For the 2026/27 season, there will be no dedicated seat move window as operated in previous years. A new seat move request process will be introduced.

If you wish to be considered for a seat move, you must first renew your existing Season Ticket seat. Once renewed, you will be able to submit a seat move request via a designated online form.

The Ticket Office team will review all submitted requests and will contact supporters between April 9th-17th to discuss any available options. Seat moves will not be processed over the phone or in person.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that an alternative seat will be available, due to the continued high level of demand for Season Tickets.

Renewal Dates

Current Season Ticket holders can renew their seats starting March 23rd. Full pricing details, renewal information and FAQs will be available on the official Burnley FC website before the renewal window opens.

How do I purchase a Season Ticket?

The quickest and simplest way to purchase a Season Ticket is online (eticketing.co.uk/burnleyfc) from March 23rd.

You can also purchase a Season Ticket over the phone by calling 01282 704718 or in person at the Ticket Office.

How to renew your 2026/27 Season Ticket

Step 1.

To access your renewals page, select the renew now button on the carousel.

Alternatively, you can access the renewals page via your account hub by pressing the account icon and selecting renew now under your notifications.

Step 2.

Having been sent to the Season Ticket renewals page, you will be able to see your Season Tickets, as well as your friends' and family's Season Tickets in your account. Tick the box next for the desired Season Tickets and select add to basket.

Step 3.

Select a payment method. Here, you have the choice of purchasing your Season Ticket via a single instalment or Direct Debit.

Enter your card details and select review order.

Step 4.

Review your order, read and acknowledge the terms and conditions, and select complete purchase.

Congratulations! You have successfully renewed your Season Ticket for the 2026/27 season.

How to renew Season Tickets for my Friends & Family network

To be able to renew Season Tickets on behalf of your Friends & Family members, you must be managing their account. More information on assigning permissions to Friends and Family accounts can be found here.

Step 1.

Head to the Season Tickets renewals page. Here, you will be able to see your Season Tickets, as well as your friends and family's. Tick the box next to their name and continue with the purchase journey.

Can I request a seat move for next season?

How to view my renewed Season Ticket

Step 1.

Log onto your account here.

Step 2.

Having logged in, click on the account icon and head to your account history by selecting view account menu > account management > account history.

Step 3.

Here you will be able to see all your online, call centre and box office activities. Locate your Season Ticket by the date of purchase/renewal. (You can filter by history type - select purchase history.)

I currently pay by Direct Debit; will my Season Ticket Auto-Renew?

Yes, all Season Ticket holders that currently pay by Direct Debit will automatically renew on Tuesday 14th April, when a booking confirmation will be sent via email.

Supporters choosing to pay by Direct Debit should note a £6 administration fee per Season Ticket, which reflects the additional costs associated with managing instalment payments over the season.

I pay for my Season Ticket via Direct Debit, but I would like to pay in full. Is this possible?

Yes, head to the Season Ticket renewals page. Here, you will be able to see your Season Tickets, follow the purchase journey and pay in full.

I have credit on my account – how do I use this to pay for some of my Season Ticket?

Any credit on your account will be automatically deducted from the cost of your Season Ticket. If you are paying for a friend or family member's ticket, and they also have credit available, this will also be automatically deducted.

I am paying for myself and my friend's Season Tickets and only want the credit to be allocated to my Season Ticket. How do I do this?

Credits are allocated to the individual supporter’s account.

Do I get Cup fixtures as part of my Season Ticket?

A Season Ticket will allow you to attend the first domestic cup home fixtures in both the Carabao Cup and Emirates FA Cup at no additional cost. This is regardless of which stage of the respective competitions’ the home tie falls. Following any home draw, supporters will need to claim their complimentary ticket – details of how to claim will be made available in due course, alongside the match ticket details announcement.

I’ll want to renew my Season Ticket online, along with my child's Season Ticket. How can I purchase these at the same time?

You can only purchase someone else’s Season Ticket if you have a Friends and Family strong relationship.

To add to your account, you can request to do so online using Account Management. Alternatively, you can email the Claret Numbers to ticketoffice@burnleyfc.com and our team will add all numbers to your Friends and Family network.

Please note that if the person you are requesting to do this for is over 18 you must copy this person into the email.

I am a current Season Ticket holder and am registered disabled, how do I purchase my Season Ticket?

Will the state pension age categorisation remain at aged 66 going forward?

Any future changes to the state pension age categorisation will be made in line with the government’s state pension age policy.
