Young defender to remain at Broadhurst Park until end of month

Burnley Football Club can confirm that defender Finn Armstrong has extended his youth loan at FC United of Manchester until 31st January.
The Liverpool-born full back, 19, has been with Neil Reynolds’ side since September, making 16 appearances to date and netting once.
Armstrong has been in the Clarets academy since he was 12, and is eligible to play for Burnley as well as FC United during the loan.
The Reds sit 6th in the Northern Premier League’s Premier Division at the time of writing, travelling to Radcliffe this coming Monday (2nd January).
