U21s and U18s start pre-season training camp
Burnley U21s and U18s have made the journey to Poland for a week-long training camp ahead of their respective PL2 and U18 Premier League seasons.
Andy Farrell's U21s started their pre-season fixture schedule with an emphatic 6-1 victory over Hearts B on Friday afternoon, and our scholars played their first match against Stockport County on Saturday morning.
Players and staff then boarded a flight from Manchester airport to Berlin on Sunday morning, before completing their journey on the roads of Germany and Poland.
Their final destination was Opalencia, a small town located just under 50 kilometres from Poznan, with a busy week of tough sessions and friendlies lined up.
