2024/25 Season Ticket Information Guide

We have put together some important information for 2024/25 season ticket holders ahead of the upcoming season. The club has changed ticketing provider and with this we have some new functionality that supporters can benefit from.You can find all of this information in the drop downs below.

2024/25 Season Cards

Supporters will receive a new season card for the 2024/25 season. These have been sent via post and you should receive yours this week.

Below is what the cards look like.

Ticket Download

Lost your season card? Haven't got it with you? You can now download your season ticket seat for each game - just follow the steps below.

Step 1: log in to your account.
Step 2: click on the person icon.
Step 3: click 'Manage Tickets'.
Step 4: select the game and seat you wish to download.
Step 5: once the game is selected, click 'Download Tickets'.
Step 6: you will receive an email with a link to download the tickets to your Apple wallet or Google wallet. Select which link you would like to download and then add it to your wallet.
Step 7: your ticket will now be downloaded into your phone's wallet to be used instead of your season card.

Please note, once you have downloaded the ticket, the physical season card will no longer work for the fixture you have downloaded it for.

Ticket Exchange

The Ticket Exchange is back again for the 2024/25 season. If you can't attend a fixture, you can list your seat to be sold on the Ticket Exchange. We have now removed the £1.50 admin fee, so supporters will receive the full value of their pro rata season ticket for the fixture(s) they can't attend.

Step 1: log in to your account.
Step 2: click on the person icon.
Step 3: click 'Manage Tickets'.
Step 4: select the game and seat you wish to sell your ticket for.
Step 5: once the game is selected, click 'Sell on Ticket Exchange'.
Step 6: you will be asked to confirm that you wish to list your ticket on the Ticket Exchange.

If the ticket resells, you will receive credit for the value of your season ticket. This credit will be uploaded onto your account a few days after the fixture.

Ticket Transfer

If you can't attend a fixture and know someone who can, you can now forward your ticket onto them.

Step 1: log in to your account.
Step 2: click on the person icon.
Step 3: click 'Manage Tickets'.
Step 4: select the game and seat you wish to transfer.
Step 5: once the game is selected click 'Forward to Friend'.
Step 6: select the person you wish to send the ticket onto in your network. You can also send to someone outside of your network providing you have their Clarets number and surname.
Step 7: they will then receive an email with a link to download the ticket to their apple or google wallet.
