Unfortunately, a number of Clarets Player subscribers experienced difficulties with the live feed of Saturday's game.

We have been advised by Perform, the company that hosts all Football League websites, of a critical systems failure affecting all club websites, shortly before 3pm on Saturday.

Burnley Football Club apologises on their behalf for this situation, which unfortunately was beyond the club's control.

We have now been asked by Perform that anyone with an individual complaint contact them directly at customerservices@performgroup.com , detailing your account login.
