Young Clarets' forward Mehdi Lazaar has been given the all-clear to launch his Burnley career.
Lazaar, 17, arrived at Turf Moor from Belgian club Royal Racing Club in January.
And the Belgian under-16 international has now received international clearance to allow him to make his first competitive appearances for the club.
"Mehdi has had to be patient but now he's looking forward to being fully involved in the youth games programme to the end of the season," said Clarets' director of youth Martin Dobson.
Meanwhile, the Clarets have two young players currently involved on international duty.
Defender Neil Yadolahi is in the Republic of Ireland under-17 squad for three European Championship qualifying games being played in Greece from 19th-24th March.
Clarets' midfielder David Lynch is on stand-by for the tournament.
Joe McKee is with the Scotland under-19 squad
And goalscoring midfielder Joe McKee has been selected for three days of training and coaching sessions with the Scotland under-19 squad.
