Clarets Support Breakfast Club Scheme
Burnley FC Community Sports Trust is working in partnership with the Greggs the Baker and the Prince's Charities to deliver and assist in the delivery of breakfast clubs across Burnley.
As part of the Premier League's Creating Chances initiative, Clarets' defender Danny Fox visited Heasandford Primary school in Burnley to learn more about the scheme.

Every school day in Burnley over 500 children attend breakfast clubs in schools, ensuring that they receive the most important meal of the day. The breakfast clubs also have the benefit of ensuring that children are at school in time for the start if the school day and therefore are not missing lessons. This in turn has benefits on the academic achievements of the child.
The Community Sports Trust is sponsored by Greggs to work in schools across Burnley and Pendle to deliver free physical activity sessions as part of an initiative to tackle childhood obesity, poor diet and low levels of physical activity.
