Season & Match Ticket Refunds
Burnley Football Club would firstly like to thank all supporters for their patience, and pass on the well wishes of all staff.
The club confirmed that 2019/2020 season ticket holders and supporters who had purchased tickets for the final games of the season will be due refunds, as these fixtures will now be played behind closed doors to complete the current Premier League season.
Staff at the club are now working behind the scenes to get all requested refund transfers processed as quickly as possible. Please bear with us and we appreciate your patience as we handle this project under restricted working conditions.
Supporters who purchased tickets for; Manchester City (away), Watford (home), Sheffield United (home), Wolverhampton Wanderers (home) or Brighton & Hove Albion (home), will have the cost of their match tickets refunded in the following ways.
- Match tickets purchased online and over the phone using a credit/debit card will be automatically refunded back to the paying card. This process is set to be completed between the dates 5th June & 12th June and requires no further action from supporters. Please note you may not see the money in your accounts until 3-5 working days after these dates depending on the bank you use.
- Supporters who paid for their match tickets in person at the ticket office have the following three options to claim their refund when the ticket office reopens on 15th June. 1. By calling in to the Turf Moor Ticket Office (please ensure you have proof of ID, you know your Clarets Number, have a credit/debit card to hand and adhere to social distancing guidelines); 2. By calling the ticket office on 01282 446800 (Option 2 or 3) 3. By using the refund application form below.
Please note, the deadline for refunds has now passed. If you applied for a refund and have yet to receive it please bear with us as we run through this process.

Season ticket holders can also be refunded for the four remaining Premier League home games that will now be played behind closed doors to complete the 2019/2020 season.
The 'four game' refund amount has now been added to to all 2019/20 seasoncards dependant on the original cost of your season ticket.
For example: The per-match value of a £329 season ticket is £17.31. Based over four matches the full refund value would be £69.24.
The correct 'four game' refund value amount has now been added as TeamCard points.
Supporters will then have the following three options available from Monday, 15th June:
Option 1. Use your TeamCard points towards a future purchase.
The 'four game' points value has now been refunded to all 2019/20 season cards. Points can be used as payment towards a future season ticket, or in one of our Clarets Stores for retail items and merchandise. If you wish to keep your points on your card you need take no further action. points will be kept on your card until January 1st 2022, leaving supporters plenty of time to decide how best to redeem them.
So, from the example shown above, you would have £69.24 in points on your card to spend toward a future ticket or retail product.
Please note: The Deadline to request for your refund to be transfered as a bank payment has now passed. If you missed the deadline don't worry the value of your refund will still be on your seasoncard and be redeemable towards future ticket or retail purchases (please see example above).
Please note if you have already requested for your refund to be transferred to a bank account, please bear with us, this is a large project and we are still working under restricted government guidelines.
