The Clarets have had a number of fixtures – including the New Year trip to Huddersfield Town – re-scheduled following the latest round of games selected for television.
Burnley will now face the Terriers at the John Smith’s Stadium on Wednesday, 2 January (7.45pm).
The year-ending visit of West Ham United to Turf Moor has also been put back a day to Sunday, 30 December.
Both games have been moved due to the knock-on effect of the switch of West Ham’s game at Southampton, from Boxing Day to Thursday, 27 December for television coverage.
The only Burnley game chosen to be screened live in the broadcast list released for December and January is the one at Arsenal, which remains on Saturday, 22 December but which will now kick-off at the Emirates Stadium at 12.30pm.
However, the Clarets’ mid-week home game against Liverpool has also been put back 24 hours until Wednesday, 5 December, due to the Reds’ involvement in a televised Merseyside derby with Everton the previous Sunday.
