BFCitC’s free Men’s Healthy Weight programme is back!
Looking to get fitter?
Burnley FC in the Community’s (BFCitC) Men’s Healthy Weight Management programme is returning; and it’s free to sign-up!
Starting Monday, June 4, 2018, the sessions run weekly for 12 weeks until August 20 at Hameldon Community College.
The Men’s Healthy Weight Management programme, which is supported by BFCitC’s Gold Patrons, boohooMAN, is for males who would like to improve their overall state of health – both physically and mentally.
It involves a comprehensive 12-week delivery plan which includes regular health checks that assess body weight, hydration, visceral fat, body fat, muscle mass and physical age.
Throughout the course, BFCitC staff will deliver circuit, HIT, cardio and body weight style sessions.
The team also conduct fitness testing whilst incorporating a variety of sports and recreational activities to educate and guide you to improve your overall health.
Since the programme began, over 261 individuals have taken part, each with different ages, fitness levels and goals.
Overall, a huge total of 204 stone has been lost by participants; the equivalent of 17 Ashley Barnes'!
