BFCitC can guide you to employment

Are you over 16, local and struggling to find a job?

11 June 2018

Burnley FC in the Community can give you the guidance to employment that you need through their free G4S Journey2Work programme.

BFCitC’s trained Turf Works Employability team will work with you in the inspirational Premier League surroundings of Turf Moor, providing you with fortnightly one-to-one sessions and a personalised plan to suit you as an individual.

167 local people have accessed training, education or employment by working with our Employability team over the last 12 months, meaning you could be the next person that BFCitC help into work.

And, once you gain employment, the support doesn’t stop there! The Employability team will work with your employer to ensure you are enjoying your role and that you stay in work.

This programme is a fantastic opportunity to learn new skills in a positive football environment, where supportive staff help you build your confidence and self-esteem ready for the workplace.
