BT Sport has confirmed it will screen live coverage of the Europa League qualifier between Burnley and Aberdeen on August 2 (kick off 7.45pm).
This Clarets’ eagerly-awaited return to Europe, for the first time in 52 years, later this month, pits them against the Scottish Premiership runners-up in the race to reach the UEFA Europa League group stages.
And the deciding second leg of the second qualifying round clash will be broadcast live on BT Sport 1, on air at 7.30pm.
The winner will face a further two qualifying rounds in August to reach the UEFA Europa League Group Stage, which itself begins on 20 September.
Burnley secured their best ever final Premier League position last season by finishing seventh in England's top tier. Meanwhile, Aberdeen have secured the runners up spot in the Scottish Premiership for each of the last four seasons.
Next season, BT Sport continues its exclusive live coverage of every single match from the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League, with a new ‘double-header’ format of staggered kick-offs (17.55 and 20.00) for each match night in the group stages.
