Burnley FC is looking to set-up an Inclusion Advisory Group to ensure that people remain at the heart of Burnley FC. We are looking for a group of people who reflect the town and region’s diverse nature and have an interest in supporting the club’s commitment to Equality and Diversity.
We are interested in hearing from any individual / fan or local community stakeholder however we are particularly interested in hearing from people from underrepresented groups, for example, people with disabilities, females, members of the LGBT community and people from the BAME community.
The Inclusion Advisory Group will support and advise us to ensure that we meet our legal obligations, deliver an inclusive offer and operate in a way that meets the needs of all our supporters, partners and the community we serve.
We are looking for eight people who are passionate about football and inclusion and want to help us make Burnley Football Club accessible to all.
The group will meet three times throughout the football season at Turf Moor to inform and share their perspectives on current initiatives and advise the club on decisions regarding inclusion going forward.
If you are interested in joining this group and can commit to attending three meetings each season, please apply by filling in the form at the bottom of the page here.
Applications will be accepted until Monday 10th September at 5pm.
