Burnley Football Club would like to kindly ask fans who pay for their season tickets via the Direct Debit method of payment, to ensure their accounts are fully up to date, with no missed payments, to ensure they can gain access to the stadium on matchdays.
Over the past two home games there have been a small number of Direct Debit payment issues on matchday, which have needed to be resolved and has led to additional queues at the ticket office in the run up to kick off.
The club kindly remind season ticket holders who pay by direct debit, that it is your responsibility to keep your account up to date.
If you do have any queries regarding your season ticket direct debit payments please contact email@example.com with your full name, clarets number, and contact details, before the day of the next home match. If there are any issues with your payments these can then be resolved quickly, which will then not impact on those fans wishing to purchase a ticket on matchday.
If your direct debit accounts are up to date with no missed payments, and you have managed to enter the stadium for the first two home games, then please continue as normal.
