NOW CLOSED - Poppy Shirt Auction 2017

21 November 2017

Burnley's recent home game against Newcastle United marked the club's day of remembrance, commemorating those who gave their lives in conflicts around the world.

Burnley FC would like to thank all the supporters for the respect shown to the various servicemen and military veterans who attended the game.

Turf Moor staged a fitting moment of silence during a rendition of the Last Post.

Also, before the match representatives from the Poppy Appeal were selling poppies to fans and managed to raise a total of £312.81 for the Royal British Legion.

Burnley players also wore shirts proudly carrying the Royal British Legion poppy logo and we are now delighted to put these match-worn or prepared shirts up for auction.

The auction is now closed.

Thank you to each person who placed a bid during the auction. The winning bidders will be contacted shortly to arrange payment and postage.

Thank you again for your support.
