Jack Cork has become the 27th Burnley player to earn a full England cap.
The Clarets midfielder was an 86th minute substitute in England’s 0-0 international friendly with Germany at Wembley Stadium on Friday night.
That followed his late inclusion into Gareth Southgate’s squad for the World Cup warm-up match after several players withdrew through injury.
And Cork, who has now represented his country at every level, will hope to get another run-out when England host Brazil at Wembley on Tuesday.
Cork’s appearance for the Three Lions is the third by a Burnley player in 18 months, following on from Tom Heaton and Michael Keane.
