If you joined the Direct Debit scheme for the 2016/2017 season you don't need to do a thing. We'll automatically renew you for the 2017/2018 season with no changes to your current monthly payment.

Seat Swaps Week
Once the Earlybird period shuts on 31st March, the club will announce a date for 'Seat Swaps Week'. During this time any seats which have not been renewed will be made available to those fans who have renewed for the 2017/2018 season. Details of how to move seats will also be announced in the days prior to 'Seat Swaps Week'.

My Dad turns 65 in July, will he need to cancel his current direct debit and re-apply for a new one?
No, our Direct Debit system runs an auto-ageing process which automatically reapplies the correct price for the 2017/2018 season ticket and auto renews.
If I don't want to renew on Direct Debit for next season what do I do?
All Direct Debit payers will receive a letter from the club with details of their potential monthly payments if they renew (remember prices are frozen so there will be no price increase). This letter will also include full details of how to let the club know you would not like to continue paying your direct debit and not renew for the 2017/2018 season
I'm 17 now and turn 18 in June, can I still pay the U18 price?
No, the age you are on August 1st is the age pay for the upcoming season
I want to renew but want to change seat, what do I do?
Renew your season ticket for the 2017/2018 season as normal. You will then have chance in Seat Swaps Week to move into any seats made available from 2016/2017 season ticket holders not renewing.

I've been paying for mine and my two sons, but my oldest wants to buy his own for next season, what do I do about the Direct Debits?
Firstly you will need to let the club know that your oldest son will not be continuing his current Direct Debit. He will then need to apply for a new Direct Debit with his new account details. Call in to the Turf Moor Ticket Office and they will be able to help you with this.
