Clarets Arrive In Ireland

10 July 2017

The Clarets have arrived at their Irish base, for a week of pre-season training.

All of the club’s international players with the exception of Scott Arfield, who is with Canada for their Gold Cup campaign, joined up with the rest of the squad today for the first time.

They include Irish internationals Jeff Hendrick, Robbie Brady, Stephen Ward, Kevin Long and new signing Jon Walters, who was set to train with his new team mates for the first time this evening.

Burnley will spend five days training just outside Dublin, ahead of their first pre-season friendly of the season on Friday at Shamrock Rovers.

We’ll have all the news, action and reaction from inside the Clarets camp all week, with a comprehensive daily round-up on Clarets Player HD.
