Youths Put Unbeaten League Run On Line At Stanley

16 September 2016

Burnley’s Youth team put their unbeaten league record on the line again tomorrow (Saturday) against Accrington Stanley.

The Clarets have won two and drawn two of their four Youth Alliance fixtures so far this season, under new coach Michael Duff.

Burnley currently sit fifth in the North West table, four points behind leaders Bury and two ahead of tomorrow’s opponents, who have a 100% record from their two games so far.

The Youth Alliance league fixture is to be played at Nelson’s Victoria park (KO 11am).

Meanwhile, the trip to Bury in the Youth Cup later this month has been rescheduled.

The tie was originally scheduled to take place on Tuesday, September 20, but will now take place at Carrington at 11am on Tuesday, September 27.
