Burnley skipper Heaton was pictured warming up with fellow goalkeepers Joe Hart and Jordan Pickford, alongside goalkeeping coach Martyn Margetson, before getting in some handling practice.
Meanwhile, Keane has been continuing to settle in with the senior players, going through his paces (below) in between Tottenham striker Harry Kane and Crystal Palace winger Andros Townsend.
Midfielder Steven Defour kicked off Burnley's international commitments on Wednesday night when he played for 82 minutes of Belgium's 1-1 friendly draw with the Netherlands.
Heaton and Keane are next up tomorrow evening, before Sam Vokes (Wales), Johann Berg Gudmundsson (Iceland) and Jeff Hendrick (Republic of Ireland) are all set to be in qualifying action on Saturday night.
Burnley defender Stephen Ward is not part of the Ireland squad after the hamstring injury he sustained in the Clarets' 0-0 draw at Manchester United forced his withdrawal.
