Four Clarets are heading out on loan in the January transfer window.
Defenders Daniel Lafferty (pictured above) and Cameron Dummigan have both re-joined Oldham Athletic on loan.
Lafferty returns to Boundary Park on a month’s loan after making five appearances in October, while Dummigan has extended his youth loan for a similar period.
The young Irishman has made nine outings for the League One club in his debut loan, including a Football League debut at Gillingham in October.
In addition, Development Squad duo Luke Hendrie and Conor Mitchell have also joined York City and Bradford Park Avenue respectively.
Defender Hendrie links-up with the Minstermen for another emergency month’s loan after spending October with Hartlepool, where he made three appearances.
Goalkeeper Mitchell, meanwhile, heads back to Yorkshire on a month’s youth loan, after impressing while at Sheffield FC in August.
Mitchell (below), 19, extended his contract with the Clarets in December 2015, after making the first team bench for the first time at Middlesbrough earlier that month.
The Northern Ireland U19 international could feature in a handful of games for The Avenue, in a month where Martin Drury’s side play eight matches.
Mitchell will compete for the number one jersey with former Claret Jon Stewart in the National League North, England’s sixth tier.
Finally, Defender Luke Conlan has returned to Turf Moor from his six-month loan at Scottish Championship side St. Mirren.
The Northern Ireland U21 international made four appearances for the Buddies.
