24 January 2016

All the information you need to know ahead of Monday night’s Championship fixture against Derby County at Turf Moor.

Supporters are respectfully asked to order and collect tickets well in advance of kick off, from the temporary ticket collection point outlined below.

Ticket Office

Due to the redevelopment works taking place on the site of the former Ticket Office and Clarets Store, a temporary Ticket office is now located to the right of the Bob Lord Stand main reception on Harry Potts Way.

Tickets can be purchased from here up until kick-off, but home ticket collections can only be claimed from here until 6.30pm.

Please be aware that the Ticket office will be busy in the build-up to kick off and queues may well develop.

After 6.30pm, fans wishing to collect pre-paid tickets can do so from the Elite Training Centre’s main reception, situated in the North East car park, behind the James Hargreaves Stand.

Please be warned that the Ticket Office does not currently provide shelter from the weather conditions.

The stadium’s Clarets Store has also moved to a new location, situated in the Elite Training Centre, in the North East car park, behind the James Hargreaves Stand.

The store will be open from 9am on Monday, up until kick-off (7.45pm), and will not re-open at full-time.

Clarets Store also have a special offer to fans on Monday. The yellow away kit can be purchased at half price.

Lottery Department

The Lottery Department has relocated. The department can now be found at the Elite Training Centre’s main reception.

Disabled Access

Stadium access for wheelchair users situated on the corner of the Bob Lord and Jimmy McIlroy stands has been altered and these supporters are now asked to enter via gate E1, (the gate under the Big Screen) between the Jimmy McIlroy and James Hargreaves Stands.
